Our team of therapists and Clinical Psychologists are led by Consultant Clinical Psychologist Dr Maria Downs. Dr Downs founded M Downs and Associates in 2012, and since then the company has gained a reputation for uncompromising quality in the delivery of therapy, reports, education and assessments.
How to Find Us
Our Barracks House offices have free on-site parking and are served by regular public transport.
We are located approximately 15 minutes from Sheffield City Centre, in the Hillsborough Barracks development.

Driving
Barracks House is a 13 minute drive from Sheffield City Centre.

Parking
Free on-site parking is available in Hillsborough Barracks Car Park, on the Upper Level. This is accessed off of Langsett Road, S6 2LR. Or can be accessed via a ramp from the lower level.
Public Transport
Tram

The Yellow and Blue Tram routes run every 13 minutes from Sheffield City Centre and every 20 minutes on an evening and on Sundays. The journey time is 15 minutes and the tram stops at Hillsborough Barracks on Langsett Road.
Bus
Buses run regularly between Sheffield City Centre and Hillsborough Interchange, directly outside Hillsborough Barracks.
